Steps for automatic mold adjustment in position mode: On the liquid silicone injection molding machine, find the mold thickness page on the computer, select "Position" in the "mold adjustment mode", and set the target mold thickness. In the mold adjustment mode, press the automatic mold adjustment button on the panel to start the mold adjustment.

Automatic mold adjustment steps in clamping force mode: Select "Clamping Force" in "Mold Adjustment Mode" on the mold thickness page, and set "Set Template Pressure". In the mold adjustment mode, press the automatic mold adjustment button on the panel to start the mold adjustment. 

Note: When the liquid silicone injection molding machine automatically adjusts the mold in the computer clamping force mode, it will convert the "set template pressure" (unit kN) into the "high-pressure clamping section pressure" (unit bar) of the mold to clamp the mold. The relationship between "set template pressure" and "high-pressure clamping section pressure" is determined by the "maximum system pressure" and "maximum mold adjustment and clamping force" on the "Machine Parameters" page.

The pressure of the liquid silicone injection molding machine in the computer high-pressure mold clamping section = (set template pressure / maximum mold adjustment and clamping force) × maximum system pressure.
